4WD Supacentre

Ordered a Thumper max dual compressor on the 20/04/18. It arrived quickly but didn't work. I understand these things happen but it's how you deal with the problem that reflects on your company. I had to take a video of the problem and send it to you it was a real hassle as the website wouldn't accept the video. Then finally after many phone calls they told me my claim had been accepted. Then they kept saying that an Australia post email had been sent to me which I had never received. They have received the compressor back but I still don't have the placement it is now nearly a month. I hate leaving bad feedback but this is beyond a joke! I think I have made about 20 phone calls.
